Our experience started with the initial home visit. He waited for us to to get home as our plans changed instead of rescheduling, and stayed well into the evening to ensure he understood the scope of the job.
Although we had to reschedule the visit due to his unexpected workload, Alberto made time for us as soon as possible (not weeks later). Upon arrival to do the job he worked through the unexpected issues (it was a retrofit on a shared condo wall), and he effortlessly mounted our 300lb entertainment unit and 125lb TV. To make the best use of resources, and keep the cost reasonable, he employed my help to do the heavy lifting with him.
This was a job that others did not want to do based on the unknowns… Alberto tackled it with ease… KUDOS!
